The following "plank" in the platform is not an empty feel-good statement. It is a promise founded on (a) a new understanding of human nature and (b) an unwavering commitment to restore, fortify and preserve America. Naturally, it is based on one very big assumption — that Patriots gain control of Congress. Although we guarantee results, you must vote for Patriots to turn aspirations into reality.
Protect the Nation
We will end the invasion and defend our American culture, expel illegal residents, disband subversive groups, expose domestic enemies, punish nations that harm our citizens, end judicial tyranny, promote America's recipe for success, and become energy independent within 10 years.
Suggested policy measures...
Although the following policy measures are strongly recommended, it is the job of Congress to work out the details regarding their implementation. Sending Patriots
to Congress will insure that special interests will not come before America.
We will fix America's illegal immigration problem.
We will identify illegal immigration for what it is a quiet invasion. As such, we will stop and reverse the problem immediately.
We will build a wall along the American-Mexican border and have it maintained by the National Guard where appropriate.
We will give illegal immigrants 60 days to return to their native county and get in line as does the rest of the world. Unregistered immigrants in America after the registration period will become ineligible for citizenship forever.
After the 60 day registration period has expired, no services but medical care will be administered to illegal residents.
Medical bills will be billed to the native country of the illegal resident and deducted with interest at the time a loan or grant is administered to the offending sponsor nation.
A guest-worker program will accommodate workers, not family members. Just as Americans that work on oil rigs travel without their respective families, so too guest workers in America should come alone. We should not have to educate children and provide other social services to family members of guest workers.
Worker agencies will interview and screen prospective workers at the border. Employers will hire workers through these worker agencies. The worker agencies will be responsible for investigating the background of each worker. The agencies will be responsible for monitoring the behavior and whereabouts of immigrant workers.
We will fine employers who hire illegal immigrants. In addition, employers that hire legal immigrants will be responsible for any healthcare and other social expenses incurred by the public, including court costs associated with criminal behavior.
The National Guard will be expanded if necessary to assist in the return of illegal immigrants to their respective native country. We will bill sponsoring nations for the expenses incurred in the removal of their citizens.
To insure the American culture is not forcibly changed by overwhelming numbers of one ethnicity, we will halt immigration of any one group until equal quotas among all foreign groups are reestablished.
Citizenship will be a matter unrelated to a guest-worker program. Foreigners that wish to apply for citizenship should do so, just like every other foreign person from around the world.
The 14th Amendment does not mean that children born of illegal immigrants are automatic citizens. Read the letters of the authors of the 14th Amendment. They expressly stated that such activity was not meant to be included in the 14th Amendment. This reckless (subversive) misinterpretation will be corrected at once.
The expense of certification and responsibility will reveal the true cost of "cheap labor."
We will defend America from hostile nations and groups.
We will increase our military might and prowess. We will work for even greater advantages in technology and intelligence (gathering information), while developing and supporting the best and most powerful strike teams imaginable. History has demonstrated that a superior force and advanced weapons technologies discourage aggressors, saving the lives of American soldiers and innocent civilians.
We will be proactive in neutralizing aggressors (nations and radical groups). We know the greatest danger they pose is disrupting our systems to the point where distribution of our most basic needs (such as fuels, foods, and water) are interrupted. The cessation of social services will then follow, and the inner cities will burn. Gangs with automatic weapons will move progressively outward as resources are depleted, following the path of least resistance. This worst-case scenario must not be allowed to occur.
Upon exhausting the possibility of a peaceful resolution, we will strike decisively those who threaten us. For example, if a group should announce bad intentions on America or its citizens, we must not capitulate. We should offer a civil solution accompanied by an appropriate but short deadline within which to cooperate. If our best efforts are rejected, our response must be immediate, convincing, and adequate to neutralize completely the pending (promised) threat.
We will revoke the tax-free status of groups that are working to destroy America, and that reject the first Truth in America's recipe for success: that America is based on a one-class system in which all people are equal in value as human beings (regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religious persuasion, or sexual orientation).
To maintain their tax-free status, every group that proclaims to be a religion must (1) declare officially its allegiance to America, (2) profess in its doctrine that it supports our republican form of government, and (3) advocates that all groups be regarded as equally valuable as human beings. America should have no obligation to help groups undermine and subvert America. In fact, such groups should be exposed, rejected, and prosecuted where applicable.
Tax-free status is not a right. It is a privilege, granted by America to organizations (groups) deemed charitable. Charitable groups must in some meaningful way help America or its citizens. Therefore, qualification for tax-free status must be better defined and stringently applied. Testimony before Congress in which the major groups in the country are given the opportunity to argue publicly that they are not "subversive" (they support all the laws, Truths, and Systems of America) should satisfy any doubt and settle any controversy.
We will advocate continued support for the United Nations, without abdicating our military might or prowess. Though we recognize that the United Nations is corrupt, inefficient, and generally anti-American, it teaches the unnatural act of diplomacy and it encourages the delay of violence. Doing so puts out "brush fires" around the world, saving America billions of dollars and thousands of lives. Education is a slow process and civility is not a natural human characteristic. It will take years to make significant progress. Because Gravity Theory best describes human nature, we know there is no other (better) alternative.
Militant Islam
The choice before us is not war or peace. The choice before us is to fight back or surrender. Remember, America is being threatened and has already been attacked. Until they announce they have rewritten the Koran, the militant Islamists (the terrorists) are not going away. We must grow up and get used to this most unfortunate fact.
We must defend absolutely and at all costs those nations that are being attacked by Islam. The notion that the militants will spare us if we don't defend our friends is false. They know the only way to defeat us is to divide us first. We must forever remain united.
We are faced with a battle over ideology that has been going on for over 1,300 years. It's not going to end until the children of the Middle East begin to question the 7th century mentality of their parents. Only the example of a republic in the region will start the process of alternative thinking, breaking the indoctrination of children to work against liberty. The greatest fear of the militant Islamists is that their women and children will begin to like the life we live. Let's be sure they acquire a taste for music, dancing, voting, education, fast-food, nightclubs, sports, freedom of religious belief and expression, freedom to write and publish that which contradicts Islamic teachings, and so much more.
Even in the best of circumstances, it will take decades before the militant Islamists are defeated. The good news is that, having established a republic in the region (Iraq), the countdown to victory has begun. However, if we let the republic of Iraq fail, the clock will stop and the war with militant Islam will continue indefinitely. We are faced with an easy choice — nurture the existing republic until it can withstand the pressures against it or let it fail.
We must remember, if we let Iraq's republic fail, the war against militant Islam will not magically go away. On the contrary, the war against militant Islam will continue. The countdown to victory will not begin again until we establish yet another example of what liberty looks, sounds, and feels like in the region.
To win the war against militant Islam, we must fight it on many fronts simultaneously. An aggressive police action is essential for victory. An overwhelming strike force is essential for victory. Maintaining a republic in the heart of the region (as an example of an alternative way of life) is essential for victory. Supporting free nations at all costs is essential for victory. Being pro-active is essential for victory. Finally, erring on the side of caution and safety is essential for victory. If an error in assumption must be made, the injustice should be imposed upon those that have repeatedly threaten, attacked, and killed innocent civilians.
We will expose the hidden enemies of America.
We will define what it means to be a patriot in America. A person that advocates America's recipe for success is a patriot. More specifically, a patriot is a citizen that understands and advocates the recipe responsible for our unimaginable success.
We will encourage citizens to perform as patriots to make empowering personal choices that are also good for America.
We will promote the labels "patriot" and "pirate," applying them aggressively. Although patriots make choices that also empower America, pirates view America as a village to plunder, thinking primarily in terms of how much they can get from government. Such people will be identified and labeled appropriately.
We will expose the enemies of America that are disguised as friends. Those that want to change America's recipe for success will be exposed as un-American. Naivety can no longer be considered a valid excuse. America's future is at stake.
As part of their application for employment and annual review, government employees (including teachers) will be asked to pledge allegiance to America.
We will abolish tenure, a built-in mechanism assuring control of our colleges and universities by advocates of Spring Theory (utopian thinkers). We will expose, isolate and embarrass these enemies of America. The result will be to break the historical anti-America indoctrination of our youth. Peer review will insure fair treatment of teachers while assuring their employers (taxpaying citizens) that subversive speech is neither fostered nor condoned.
We will expose those that would divide America for political gain. Speech encouraging division and animosity based on income, age, race, skin color, ethnicity, gender, sexual preference, religion, or spiritual belief will be exposed and labeled as being anti-America and unpatriotic.
We will end the judicial tyranny in America.
We will scale back the tyrannical powers of the judiciary. The judicial branch must cease making public policy. At best, the judiciary may reject a law (as unconstitutional), forcing Congress to readdress and resolve imperfections.
We believe the U.S. Constitution is rigid as opposed to being flexible. We know this to be true because the Constitution is from the people, and its purpose was to limit power to a necessary but potentially dangerous federal government.
We will require judges to declare their view of human nature on ballets. Simply by including one word (Spring or Gravity) after their name, voters will know if they want to return a judge to power.
We will teach citizens how to fortify America.
We will teach citizens the meaning of "free speech" and the difference between dissention and subversion. Citizens will learn that, although it is typically not prosecuted, subversive speech is not protected by the First Amendment.
We will insure that Congress publishes America's unique recipe for success. (To discover America's exclusive recipe for success, see "Are you a Patriot or Pirate?" in the "Learn" section of the website.) We will promote the idea that patriotic Americans endorse the recipe; those who work against the recipe are against America.
We will adopt a smart energy policy.
Although there are many nuances to the issue of energy and our dependency on foreign oil (all of which will affect what decisions are ultimately made and when), some things we know for sure:
Being dependent on foreign oil causes us to be in a weakened position with regards to our greater interests abroad. If our foreign suppliers should ask us to modify our policies overseas, what are we to do? Being obligated to our suppliers makes us vulnerable beyond the obvious trade deficit. For reasons of national security alone, we must break this bond of dependency and obligation.
Oil is a necessary ingredient in the manufacturing of plastics and other goods. As such, to burn oil for fuel or electricity is a waste of a valuable resource that will be needed by future generations. At the very least, we need to find alternative energy sources on behalf of our children's children. After all, future generations will not be able to use sunlight or wind energy to make plastics. They will need petroleum.
The oil we are receiving from around the world is cheap, even at present prices. After all, it costs more to purchase tap water in fancy bottles. We need to stop complaining and start preserving and innovating.
We should not harvest domestic oil until all the reserves from around the world are depleted. We should save our domestic reserves not to protect the wildlife, but for manufacturing purposes far into the future. The truth is that drilling for oil and gas will do little more than inconvenience the wildlife in Alaska and off our shores. However, using that argument as a cover is a good thing, disguising the real motivation behind preserving our energy deposits for future use.
Converting solar energy into electricity is something we can do today. Every house should be equipped to supply its own energy needs, including powering at least one automobile in the family. Every office building should support its primary energy needs through solar panels mounted on its roof and surfaces facing the sun.
Renewable (green) energy sources are on the horizon, and several alternatives will be viable within 10 to 20 years. Meanwhile, nuclear power should not be overlooked for the following reasons:
With over 200 plants in America in operation over the last 30 years, not one radiation related injury has occurred. Compare that figure to the thousands of people who have died because of fossil fuel harvesting, production and use. Compare that figure to the millions who suffer medical problems today from the burning of fossil fuels.
The two accidents in the world over the last 30 years were both due to operator error and both would be prevented today with the new technology and computer monitoring that is now available.
The consequences of burning fossil fuels on global warming is a definite threat whereas the threat of a nuclear accident today is only hypothetical.
The rest of the world will be building nuclear plants over the next 30 years. How do we prevent them from encountering nuclear accidents? America would be safer if we took the lead in developing and building plants with redundant failsafe security measures.
If we don't become energy independent, the certain costs and losses from multiple regional wars far exceeds the hypothetical danger from a nuclear accident.
We are not necessarily advocating the outright use of nuclear energy. Certainly, solar conversion, geothermal sources, and water and wind farms should be preferred. We are only saying that burning fossil fuels is far more dangerous than it appears, and remaining dependent on foreign oil cannot remain a long term option.
What if smaller self-contained plants could be built with redundant safety systems that would all but eliminate any possible environomental contamination? What if runaway global warming were the consequence of not using smart, safe and environmentally friendly nuclear energy?
We must realize that we live with risk every day. Driving to work, swimming in the ocean and even swallowing the food we eat can lead to death. The risk of not being energy independent and of burning fossil fuels assures far more individual and collective danger than the potential of a nuclear incident, especially considering the safeguards that would be built into new power plants.
Regardless of the various energy sources that are employed, we will set the goal that every State should be energy self-sufficient within 10 years. At the very least, hydrocarbons (petroleum) should not be burned to generate electricity or power automobiles.
