Platform
This section summarizes exactly what we must do to turn America away from the cliff and put it back on the road to health and longevity. To change directions and preserve America, we will need to achieve several dozen goals.
For easy digestion and assimilation, we have grouped these essential goals into 10 summary statements. These summary statements are the "planks" of the Patriot Party Platform.
The term "platform" is used by political parties to represent the goals upon which they stand and hope to achieve. In keeping with the metaphor, the individual goal-sets in a party's "platform" are called "planks."
Because the Patriot Party is founded on understanding (a) human nature and (b) America's original recipe for success, we can resolve our social, financial, and political problems just by putting America before all special interests and then applying what we now know about human nature and social engineering.
That the Patriot Party Platform is an all-encompassing solution is exciting. However, knowing what to do will not be enough to save America. We will need to find the courage to apply diligently and correctly what we now know.
A chain with multiple broken links is not useful until all the links are fixed, and a bucket full of holes will not hold water unless we repair all of them. Similarly, repairing just some of the cracks in America's foundation will not be sufficient to save America from otherwise certain self-destruction.
If we are to divert America from running off the cliff, a full 90° turn will be required. Anything short of 90° will only delay the inevitable. Moreover, we must act now. If we wait, there will come a point at which it will be too late and we will be rendered powerless, just as when we watched the Towers fall.

To make the full turn, we will need to fix all the cracks in the foundation, and we will need to fix them simultaneously. If we begin to pick and choose repairs or attempt to prioritize them, we will soon find ourselves in a political battle; a slippery slope leading exactly to where we are today.
Moreover, special interests must not be allowed to influence our work. Though the First Amendment will always protect the right of special-interest groups to attempt to sway legislation in their favor, we can shame them for harming America for personal gain. To be successful we can have but one special interest — the health and longevity of America.
About the Patriot Party platform
The Patriot Party platform is comprised of 10 planks. The 10 image links forming the menu labeled "Planks in the Platform" are differentiated by an abbreviated label for easy identification.
Clicking on a link in the menu will lead to a short four-line statement citing several related goals. Each four-line statement is one "plank" in the platform.
The 10 "planks" comprising the Patriot Party Platform are limited to these four-line statements.
The planks are inescapable deductions from our new understanding of human nature and from having reverse engineered the recipe responsible for America's unimaginable success. Because the ten planks in the platform are founded on science and because their sole purpose is to elevate America (as opposed to serving some special interest), they are fixed and unchangeable.
This does not mean we must agree on the tactics suggested to achieve them. On the contrary, Patriots must be unanimous and resolute only on the "planks" — the underlying goal-sets summarized in the four-line statements. Naturally, we will work out the details in the respective halls of Congress.
The "Suggested policy measures..." following each plank will achieve the stated goals. However, they are only a starting point. Although the suggested policy measures are strongly recommended, it is the job of Congress to work out the details. Electing Patriots will insure that every goal stated in the Patriot Party platform will be achieved.
The benefit of being united
Unanimity on these 10 planks gives us enormous power and allure. By being united, we don't need to campaign beyond organized debates, interviews, and appearances on radio and television. The word "Patriot" on the ballot will be all people need to see when voting in general elections. The goals of every Patriot are the same. Voters will always know exactly what they will get when they cast their vote for a Patriot.
Because Patriots do not campaign, we will never be tempted to stray from the path of doing what is best for America.
In addition to putting dignity back into politics, being united will give voters assurance that we are resolute in our intentions. Moreover, being singular in purpose will insure that the Patriot Party does not become divided into "wings" (like other political parties). We must not divide our efforts if we are to fortify and preserve America.
Most of the Patriot Party platform is clear and unambiguous. However, without reading A More Perfect Union, some recommended policy measures (strategies and tactics) may not be understood completely. At the very least, the argumentation for them is missing, and some terms used in their depiction are likely to be unfamiliar. This may leave citizens uncertain with regard to some policy measures.
