Restrictions
The Patriot Party Platform is articulated in the section labeled "Platform." It may not be altered.
To insure that the Patriot Party message is consistent, members and Managers (Delegates, Administrators, and Representatives) are not to speak on behalf of the Patriot Party in an official capacity without written authorization.
Obligations
In order to instill confidence in supporters, Delegates selected to be Representatives must pledge to vote in full accordance with the Patriot Party Platform. Every Patriot Party Representative must stand for the same goals and values so voters know exactly what they will get when they vote for a Patriot.
For America to survive and flourish in perpetuity, Delegates will have to serve as educators and leaders. They will need to inform and inspire fellow citizens to do what is necessary to fortify and preserve America. To insure they understand what they need to know to be effective, Delegates are expected to read two books — The Essence of Man and A More Perfect Union.

Conduct
The Patriot's Code (featured in the "Members" section of this website) must be embraced and exemplified for members to remain in good standing. To work from the Pirate's Code is grounds for revocation of membership in the Patriot Party.
Participation in the Patriot Party is meant to be public service for the betterment of America. The Patriot Party is not meant to a career or a vehicle for personal gain. To Patriots, public service means "public service."
Because America is a "Just Society," members are expected to adhere to America's universal moral code. Breaking America's fair and equitable laws is grounds for termination of party affiliation.
Members will abide by the decisions of the Executive Committee, insuring the integrity of the Patriot Party.
Representatives may not accept campaign contributions because they do not campaign for office.
Donations are to be accepted only by the Representative's Team Financial Manager who is to forward them to the Patriot National Committee.
The PNC is responsible for conducting a continuous national education and promotions campaign. This concentrated effort circumvents the need to conduct expensive, noisy, and divisive campaigns. From one central source, the PNC will work continuously to inform the media and educate the public.
Managers
Technically, Delegates, Representatives, and Administrators are "Managers." However, for purposes of clarification, we refer to Delegates as "Delegates" and Administrators and Representatives as "Managers."
Four Administrators compliment two Representatives to form a 6-person "Team" at every level of government (Local, County, State, and Federal). Each Team is to consist of a Team Manager, a Public Relations/Media Reporter, a Membership Coordinator, a Fundraiser, and two Representatives referred to as Representatives #1 and #2.
Administrators and Representatives on the Local Team will select County Teams of Representatives and Administrators. County Teams will determine who will represent the Patriot Party in the general election when competing for the State House and the House of Representatives.
County Representatives and Administrators (Delegates forming County Teams) will select the 6-person State Teams of Administrators and Representatives. State Teams will determine who will represent the Patriot Party in the general election when competing for State and Federal Senate seats.
The State Teams are to select the Team that will compete for the nomination for president.
With each successive election, Delegates are to vote to fill vacated Administrative and Representative positions.
Executive Committee
The original Executive Committee is to be formed through the appointment of twelve Members by the Patriot Party chairman. Each Executive Committee Member is identified by chair number 1-12.
Each Executive Committee Member will serve a two-year term, with three chairs expiring every six months. Chairs 1-3 expire at the end of June on odd numbered years; Chairs 4-6 expire at the end of December in odd numbered years; Chairs 7-9 expire at the end of June of even numbered years; Chairs 10-12 expire at the end of December of even numbered years.
Executive Committee Members are to select a successor in the event they are not able to complete their term. Successors must receive at least 11 Executive Committee Member votes to be confirmed.
The Executive Committee is to select a National Chairperson to head the Patriot Party beginning in 2016. The National Chairperson is selected in December of even numbered years to serve a two-year term beginning January of the following year.
The National Chairperson is selected by a series of secret ballots. All Executive Committee Members are to participate in the voting and are eligible to serve as the National Chairperson. With each round of voting, up to 50% of the candidates are eliminated from eligibility (with ties surviving the next round). The process continues until one member receives at least 9 votes.
Necessary travel and lodging expenses are to be reimbursed by the Patriot Party. Only economy class and modest accommodations will be approved. Meals and entertainment are to be reimbursed on a per diem basis with the rate approved by the Executive Committee by unanimous vote.
A nominal fee for service is to be determined by the Executive Committee by unanimous vote.
