Managers
This area of the website serves at least three purposes:
Enables members to become involved in management.
Provides the PNC with a means to inform Managers.
Gives Managers the abilty to communicate with other Managers.
It is important to realize that the Patriot Party is not a "grass-roots organization." Nor is the Patriot Party "living and breathing." Although these terms are alluring, they describe a party that is forever changing; one that is continually being modified by the whims of the immediate majority.
If we were to describe the Patriot Party with a metaphor, we would say it is a sophisticated machine, designed and constructed to exact specifications with advanced technology. This "sophisticated machine" requires skilled people to make it work. We call these skilled people "Delegates." Delegates are central to the workings and success of the Patriot Party.
Technically, Delegates are "Managers." However, for purposes of clarity, we will henceforth refer to Delegates as "Delegates." Only when referring to the 6-person Teams of Adminstrators and Representatives will we use the term "Managers."
The Delegate System adopted by the Patriot Party is an alternative to the noisy, expensive and demeaning primary system adopted by the major parties. It's sole purpose is to determine who is to represent the Patriot Party at all levels of government.
By having informed Delegates select Administrators and Representatives from their Delegate Team, the problems of raising money, soliciting votes, chasing photo opportunities and personal attacks evaporate. Requiring Administrators and Representatives to stand on the Patriot Party Platform resolves the rest of the problems when competing against candidates from other political parties.

Even when preparing for the general election against candidates from other parties, Patriot Party Representatives (and their Team of Administrators) don't need to coddle special interest groups for support; nor do they need to be coached or advised. Because they stand strong on the Patriot Party Platform, voters know exactly what they will get when they vote for a Patriot.
Ultimately, the Patriot Party Delegate System enables all Americans to participate in the political process — even those without money, connections or a storied resume. It breaks the "rock star" mentality, dignifies public service and shifts the focus from the individual to America.
Here's how the Patriot Party Delegate System works:
When members become Managers, they begin as Delegates. Once they are Delegates, members may also serve as Administrators or Representatives.
Only residency and interest are needed to qualify for a Delegate position.
A maximum of 20 Delegates are allotted for every 10,000 citizens.
Delegate Teams select a 6-person Local Team of Administrators and Representatives from among their fellow Delegates. Subsequent selections are made to fill County, State, and National Teams.
Because Delegates are informed voters, only the most qualified candidates will be selected to compete for local, county, state, and national positions.
The six positions that make up the 6-person Team of Managers at the Local, County, State, and National levels are as follows:
Team Leader - Coordinates all activities for the team.
Membership Coordinator - Responsible for increasing membership.
Public Relations/Reporter - Works with the media.
Fundraiser - Responsible for generating contributions.
Representative #1 - Candidate for office
Representative #2 - Candidate for office
