Invasion
Millions of immigrants are living in America illegally. Upon entering America illegally, they are criminals by definition.
If we are going to solve the immigration problem, we must first be honest and have the courage to label circumstances accurately.
With 12 to 20 million illegal immigrants in America, many cities are overwhelmed from having to accommodate them. Communities are forced to absorb the cost of wider roads, new schools, more teachers, and expanded social services.
Adding insult to injury, we are required by law to provide free public education, social services, and medical care to these criminals. In fact, we can be sued, fined, and even jailed if we refuse them service or require them to prove they are citizens.
Some people claim we need immigrants to do jobs Americans are not willing to fill. Yet, how does paying a few dollars less for unskilled labor equate to a savings when in trade we have to educate and support entire families? Aren't we just passing on the cost of a fair wage to the local community?
Congress could have solved the immigration problem long ago. Yet for decades, politicians have taken a wait-and-see approach. After the good part of 40 years, there simply is no excuse for their inaction and utter failure in resolving this problem.
Initially, there were four possible reasons why members of Congress failed to act. One could argue ignorance, incompetence, they were enemies of America in disguise, or winning reelection outweighed all other concerns.

Forty years of experience negates "ignorance" as the possible culprit. "Incompetence" is eliminated as a possible excuse as well because the rigorous election process insures that members of Congress are the best and brightest in society. Also, it is not conceivable that thousands of House Representatives and Senators could intentionally want to undermine America. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, this leaves "winning reelection" as the only possible motivation for their unwillingness to solve our immigration problem.
Yet, with most citizens in favor of aggressive immigration control, how could losing votes be a possible concern? What votes would be lost? It turns out that we are missing the obvious. The fear is not the loss of votes of American citizens. Although it seems impossible, we are left with only one possible conclusion. Congress expects that illegal immigrants will vote, and they don't want to lose their vote by appearing to threaten their free ride in America. After all, without a means to identify them as non-citizens, how will we stop illegal immigrants from voting?
We are left with an outrageous and inescapable truth. Most elected administrators and representatives refuse to enforce our immigration laws because of the likely political fallout in which they will lose elections to candidates who appear to be more accommodating to illegal immigrants. In short, their careers are more important to them than you, your children, and the future of America.
Sadly, we must conclude that our politicians have lost faith in the future of our country. Believing America is lost, they are selling us out to retain their lofty status for a few more years. Instead of protecting citizens, they are focused instead on maintaining their aristocratic lifestyle long enough to position themselves and their families above the fray when America fails.
Now that we know their plan, what are we going to do about it? The time has long since past to give them another chance to do their job. If given just one opportunity, the Patriot Party will fix the immigration problem at once.
